Preparing for your Distant Reiki Healing

Once you have made your booking, ensure that you are ready at the agreed-upon time to receive your Reiki distant healing. Create a reminder or set an alarm to help you remember.

I will reach out to you at the time of your booking by checking you in online and advising you that I am about to start you Reiki distant healing.  

PREPARING FOR YOUR DISTANT REIKI HEALING:

Preparing for your Reiki distant healing involves creating a calm and receptive environment to enhance the flow of healing energy for the date and time of your booking.  The instructions below are merely guidelines and a suggestion for you to use, ultimately you can great your own space to receive your healing.

  1. Find a quiet space: Choose a peaceful and comfortable area where you can relax and focus on the healing session. Make sure the space is free from distractions and noise.

  2. Set an intention: Clearly state your intention for the healing session. It could be physical, emotional, or spiritual healing, relaxation, stress reduction, or any specific issue you want to address.

  3. Create a serene atmosphere: Dim the lights or use soft lighting, play soothing music and burn candles or use aromatherapy diffusers to create a calming ambiance. This helps create an environment conducive to relaxation and energy flow.

  4. Prepare your body: Take a few moments to relax and breathe deeply. Stretch or do light exercises to release tension in your body. Ensure that you are comfortable, either sitting or lying down.

  5. Clear your mind: Practice meditation or deep breathing exercises to quiet your mind and let go of any thoughts or worries. This helps you become more open and receptive to the healing energy.

  6. Connect with the Reiki practitioner: It is helpful to establish a connection with your healer. You can visualise their presence or send a mental message, expressing your readiness to receive the healing energy.

  7. Be open and receptive: During the session, relax and be open to receiving the healing energy. You can visualise the energy flowing through your body, imagine yourself surrounded by a healing light, or simply focus on your breath.

  8. Trust the process: Trust in the power of Reiki and have faith that the healing energy is reaching you and working for your highest good. Release any expectations and surrender to the healing experience.

  9. Take time to integrate: After the session, give yourself some quiet time to reflect and integrate the healing energy. Drink plenty of water to support the cleansing and rejuvenation process.

 

Remember that Reiki distant healing works beyond time and space, so even if you are physically far away from the practitioner, the healing energy can still reach you. By following these steps, you can enhance your receptivity and create an optimal environment for the healing session.

At the end of your Reiki distant healing session, I will communicate with you to let you know that the healing process is complete. During this communication, I will share any specific areas or aspects that I felt drawn to work on during the session. This can include physical, emotional or energetic areas that received focused attention. By sharing this information with you, it allows you to gain insights into the session and potentially deepen your understanding of the healing process. It is important to note that the experiences and sensations you may have had during the session are unique to you and your own observations and reflections are valuable in interpreting and integrating the healing energy.

Please note…  All holistic therapies are also known as complementary therapy, this means they are complementary to medical healthcare.
